More than 35,000 Germans have been crowding the virtual tables at Full Tilt Poker since Aug. 25 trying to win their way into live freerolls to qualify for the €1 million Euro Challenge.

Players must first qualify through daily freerolls to get a spot in the live freerolls playing in six cities across Germany starting Sept. 22.

Only 2,100 players will qualify to play in Wiesbaden, Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Munich. There they will be vying for a seat at a live, televised table where they will also come up against three Team Full Tilt members to play for €1 million.

More than half the seats available to the live qualifiers have already been awarded and the online qualifiers end Sunday.

On Saturday, poker players will get a special treat in the online qualifiers as Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, Howard Lederer and Eddy Scharf host and join in the games.

The qualifiers are open to residents of Germany, Austria and Switzerland and start at 3:05 p.m. (EDT).

Members of Full Tilt Poker's team will also be traveling throughout Germany Sept. 22 through Oct. 8 to attend the live qualifiers.

Phil Ivey, Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, Howard Lederer, Jennifer Harman, Gus Hansen, Erik Seidel, Erick Lindgren, Phil Gordon, Andy Bloch, John Juanda, Allen Cunningham and Clonie Gowen will all be on hand to provide the live tournament qualifiers with advice and strategies during seminars, demonstrations and workshops.

Ferguson and Harman are both coming off of successful stints at the World Series of Poker Europe, having both made the final table of Event 1, the H.O.R.S.E. event. Ferguson placed sixth in the event and Harman battled it out in heads-up play before succumbing to Thomas Bihl and claiming second place.

Now the Team Full Tilt pros as well as two-time WSOP bracelet winner Eddy Scharf, touranment director Thomas Kremser and TV personality Michael Korner will share their expertise on Texas Hold'em.

The pros will also participate in multi-table and heads-up sit-and-go tournaments throughout the day at the live events.
