WSOP Partners With Warner Bros. Discovery Sports Europe

Truly jaw-dropping news in the poker community doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it’s often somehow related to the World Series of Poker (WSOP). That proved to be the case in the first week of June 2026, when WBD Sports announced a first-ever multi-year broadcast deal with the World Series of Poker.

What This Collaboration Means for WSOP

Over the next three years, WSOP highlights will be broadcast worldwide via the WBD Network.

In 2026, highlights will only be shown from the Main Event, but their length and content will vary depending on the platform and region.

Six 45-minute highlights of the Main Event, which runs from July 2 to July 12, and the Final Table, which runs from August 3 to August 5, will be broadcast on the following channels:

  • Eurosport in Europe and Asia
  • TNT Sports in the UK and Ireland

Both channels will also broadcast the final table live in their territories, excluding Ireland.

All the highlights will also be available on demand on HBO Max in Europe.

The situation is different in Latin America. Their channel, Space, will broadcast 15-minute programs daily during the Main Event and Final Table days.

What Is Warner Bros. Discovery Sports?

Warner Bros. Discovery Sports is part of a multinational conglomerate of channels and streaming services that covers over 200 countries and reaches over 1.5 billion viewers each month. The services of WBD Sports broadcast and stream in over 20 languages, providing access to sporting events to viewers in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

These channels are watched by approximately 130 million people monthly — almost 70 times more than ESPN, which the WSOP also recently signed a contract with to broadcast and show highlights in the US.
