A Live Poker Update: June 2026

A Live Poker Update: June 2026

With the calendar turning to June, all eyes are fixated on Vegas as the best adult summer camp gets ready to kick off — so much tournament action is set to take place in Sin City through the entire month, but it’s not the only spot in the world that has great poker on tap. Let’s go through all of the major live poker events happening around the world this month!

Poker Series in Las Vegas

2026 World Series of Poker: Horseshoe & Paris

2026 WSOP Schedule Is Out Live Poker

There is no other way of starting this update than with the World Series of Poker. The Horseshoe and Paris will once again play host to 100 live bracelet events, 168 daily deep-stack tournaments, while WSOP.com hosts 30 online bracelet events for those situated in Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania, all starting on May 26th, and running through July 15th with a pause for the Main Event.

The race for WSOP POY will generally center around those who fair the best in the following events:

EventDates
$25k NLHE Heads-Up EventMay 29 to June 1
$10k NLHE GGMillion$May 31 to June 4
$25k NLHE Eight MaxJune 3 to 7
$10k Dealer’s Choice Seven MaxJune 7 to 9
$50k NLHE Eight MaxJune 8 to 10
$100k NLHE Eight MaxJune 10 to 12
$250k NLHE Eight MaxJune 13 to 15
$25k PLO Eight MaxJune 15 to 19
$10k HORSEJune 18 to 21
$50k PLO Eight MaxJune 19 to 21
$50k Poker Player’s ChampionshipJune 21 to 25
$10k PLO Eight MaxJune 26 to 29
$100k PLO Eight MaxJune 30 to July 2
$10k NLHE Main EventJune 2 to July 13; Final Table August 3 to 5
$50k NLHE Eight MaxJuly 9 to 12

It’s worth noting that this year’s Main Event will be paused once the final table is determined and will then resume in August once the rest of the series is complete. This will allow ESPN to produce episodes over the three-week gap, centered around the final nine, leading up to the live final table broadcast.

While the bracelet events always tend to be the most hyped part of the series, more recreational grinders who don’t have $10k to put down will once again have the Daily Deepstack Series at their disposal, featuring an average of three to four tournaments a day, with buy-ins ranging from $250 and up. This also provides a way for those who bust out of the bracelet events to spend their evenings at the Horseshoe and Paris and not get lured to the plethora of other series in Las Vegas.

2026 DeepStack Championship Poker Series: The Venetian

Most DeepStack tournaments are single day affairs, but the weekends tend to see the multi-flight and multi-day events ramp up. One of the biggest tournaments on the schedule is the $1,100 NLHE that starts on June 6th — the $1 million guarantee event will crown a champion on June 10the.
