Danish poker pro Peter Jepsen has signed a sponsorship deal with Full Tilt Poker. The player known as "Zupp" joins the likes of David Benyamine, Jeff Madsen and Carlos Mortensen as a "red pro".

Peter Jepsen will not be a part of the prestigious Team Full Tilt, but he is a Full Tilt Poker pro, and made his first appearance for the site in the ongoing WPT Spanish Championship in Barcelona.

"I've been playing a lot a Full Tilt Poker and tried some of the biggest games," Jepsen told the Danish Newspaper Ekstrabladet.

"It's only natural that someone [would] notice that in one way or the other, especially considering that I've been doing well in live tournaments as well."

The Danish player won the 2007 EPT Warsaw in March and also has a third-place finish in the 2006 Caribbean Poker Classic on his resume. Now he is looking to win more big titles.

"I'm very glad, and really proud, and I hope that I can bring home a couple of 'gold medals' to Denmark and to Full Tilt," said Jepsen.

Team Full Tilt veteran Howard "The Professor" Lederer is glad to see Jepsen join the site.

"With an EPT victory and a successful high stakes poker record, Peter will be a perfect addition to the Full Tilt family," said Lederer.

The members of Team Full Tilt are Howard Lederer, Phil Ivey, Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, John Juanda, Jennifer Harman, Phil Gordon, Erick Lindgren, Erik Seidel, Clonie Gowen, Andy Bloch, Mike Matusow, Gus Hansen and Allen Cunningham.
