Boss Media going to sea with PAF

Boss Media - the Swedish poker network provider for CelebPoker and Paradise Poker - has signed an agreement to provide poker systems for Ålands Penningautomatförening (PAF), a public gaming site on the island of Åland and onboard Åland and Finnish-owned ferries.

Established in 1966, PAF offers gaming with cash prizes on the autonomous island, its ships, and via the Internet and mobile telephones, with the goal of raising funds for public benefit.

With the new agreement, PAF will now be linked to Boss Media's partner-based poker network, and Boss Media will provide a downloadable poker system in five language versions: Swedish, Finnish, English, German and Spanish.

"We are pleased to be able to initiate cooperation with Boss Media," says Stefan Pettersson, Director of PAF. "Our strength is being able to arrange poker tournaments on ships and on Åland... through the cooperation with Boss Media, we hope to reach new segments and create more entertainment for our players."

Added Johan Berg, President of Boss Media: "With PAF's unique gaming operator experience and the possibilities to arrange attractive tournament offerings, we are convinced that together we will attract new players on the international gaming markets."
