Bo Sehlstedt was born in 1976 in Jonkoping, Sweden and started out as an online blackjack player. He decided to give poker a try when he discovered that poker bonuses were getting better and blackjack bonuses were getting worse. After approximately one year, he started playing at poker clubs in Stockholm and made new poker playing friends, such as Johan Storakers.
What are your plans for the near future?
I am staying in Vegas for the duration of the WSOP, and after that I think I will travel around Europe a bit and play some EPT tournaments.
How many WSOP tournaments will you play in this year?
I think about five.
What's your favourite poker variation?
No-Limit Texas Hold'em is my favourite, but I like playing Omaha Hi-Lo for fun too.
What are you doing when you're not travelling around the world playing live poker?
I just started a company with some friends, it's called Stockbet and it's deals with betting on the stock exchange.
How do you like living in Las Vegas?
I don't like the cold, like in Sweden, so in that way it's good, and I do like the entertainment. I rent a house just outside of Vegas, and I think it's like living in any other town except you have access to all the entertainment and, of course, the Casinos.
