Daniel Negreanu

By Erin Warner

Pro Daniel Negreanu's first foray into publishing has hit bookstore shelves, promising to serve up 50 strategy tips for winning at poker.

Though many poker fans are familiar with Negreanu's writing thanks to his weekly newspaper column and Internet blog, "Hold'em Wisdom for All Players" is his first book.

Cardoza Publishing, which is releasing the strategy guide, promises Negreanu's wit and poker skill will translate into great reading as well as increased cash and tournament wins for players.

"Daniel Negreanu's writing style is conversational, straightforward and educational," said publisher Avery Cardoza in a release. The book, she said, is also diverse, covering topics such as the top 10 rookie mistakes and how to exploit your table image.

The paperback is available for $14.99.

Negreanu is an accomplished player with three World Series of Poker bracelets, two World Poker Tour championships and millions of dollars in tournament winnings to his name.
