The 2026 SiGMA Special Edition, a series designed to bring the poker world together, kicked off in Malta on May 27, even though the actual first tournament day was May 28, 2026. In this article, you’ll find the key results of the day as well as the chip counts for the Day 1 finalists.
Martha Leventi Won the Evenbet Freeroll
The invite-only Evenbet Gaming Malta Freeroll was the opening event of the SiGMA Poker Tour with a field of 64 players. It had a €10,000 guaranteed prize pool and was taken down by Martha Leventi from Limassol, Cyprus.

In this private tournament, she won not only a cash prize but also a unique trophy.
How Day 1A of the SiGMA Special Edition Went?
The first entry day of the €200 SiGMA Special Edition €150,000 GTD took place on May 28, 2026.
Day 1A attracted 122 players from all corners of the world, including a single female poker player — Andreina Paolo from Colombia. Unfortunately, she was unlucky with her run, so she was not able to get into the 25% of players who moved on to Day 2.

The average stack of the 30 people who successfully qualified for Day 2 is 407,000 chips. For now, the chip leader is Tomáš Kolařík from the Czech Republic with 925,000 chips.
