World Poker Tour Season 5 Player of the Year J.C. Tran was involved in a controversial hand during opening day of the 2007 World Poker Finals (WPF).

At the end of Day 1a, everybody at the Foxwoods Resort Casino was talking about the upshot.

PokerListings.com's reporters described the hand in the Jonathan Little, Mimi Tran were among those who had to leave the tournament in the early goings.

Michael Farris is the chip leader with $157,000. Brent Roberts is in second place with $148,000 and Bill Edler is in third with $109,000.
