Ben86 Fillets f2fish for $92k
Ben “Ben86” Tollerene played just over 500 hands on PokerStars last night and was by far the biggest winner with $92k in profit.
Tollerene is a slightly lesser known high-stakes player from Texas who used to play as Bttech86 on Full Tilt Poker.
Apparently the young poker player has found his way out of the U.S. because he certainly had access to PokerStars last night.
Tollerene, who is known as a HU PLO specialist, recorded 463 hands of $50/$100 PLO against f2fish and ended up gutting the unidentified player for $95k.
He went on to play a few inconsequential hands of No-Limit Hold’em and finished the night with $92k it profit.
It’s been a hit or miss year for Tollerene on the site and prior to last night he was down $22k overall. With the win Tollerene erased his losses in 2011 and now sits with $70,000 profit this year.
Meanwhile f2fish actually had an amazing recovery after facing Tollerene. He played two huge PLO sessions and ended the night with only $36k in losses.
The biggest loser was noted aggro Finn Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies who lost $54k in 753 hands of $50/$100 PLO. He’s now down over $700k on PokerStars this year.
Sahamies has had a rough couple of years and has never really been able to regain the winning form that saw him crush the games in 2008-2009.
The Finn did have company in the losing column last night, however, as insyder19 (-$45k), StigR (-$44k), HC_68 (-$24k) and doncarignano all lost big.
On the winning side were the aforementioned Tollerene, moirhums (+$52k), Deldar182 (+$47k), Nussdorf (+$38k) and Cinderella03 (+$18k).
