Event Description
It's all over but the crying from the WSOPC Horseshoe Council Bluffs. Ben Hock came out of nowhere to take down alliterative former chip leader Michael Martin. Hock outlasted 98 opponents and became this year's champion, earning $169,000 in the process. Congratulations to Hock, Martin and everybody else who took part in the event. We'll see you next year!

Tournament Rules
- On each tournament day, there will be tournament tables to accommodate the number of participants with a max of 11 seats.
- Table/seat assignments cannot be traded with another player.
- Players will start with 10,000 in chips.
- Each level will last 75 minutes. Levels at the final table will last 90 minutes. Breaks will last 15 minutes.
- Dinner breaks will be added at the discretion of the tournament director.
- Play will begin each day at 12:00pm; First day will be seven (7) levels of play. Second day, play will continue down to nine (9) players. The final table will resume the following day at 2:00 p.m.
- The winner of the tournament will win First Place Prize Money and an automatic entry into the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event plus $1,000 for expenses. 3% of the total prize pool is withheld from all events for tournament staff.
