Local WSOP Satellite
Many local casinos and poker rooms also host satellite tournaments. These satellites provide players with an excellent opportunity to qualify for the WSOP. Check your local casinos for the fact whether such tournaments are held or not.
Direct Buy-In

History of the World Series of Poker Main Event
In the 21st century, the popularity of the WSOP format has increased worldwide. As a result, the tournament was transformed and expanded to attract players from different regions.
WSOP Asia-Pacific
The WSOP Asia Pacific was first held in Melbourne in 2013. This was the third expansion of the tournament and increased its geography.
WSOP Circuit
The WSOP Circuit was founded in 2005 to provide players with more opportunities to participate in WSOP tournaments outside of Las Vegas.
