Twelve players advanced to the final day. Suvarna started with the chip lead at 64 big blinds but reached the official final table with 43 big blinds. The only larger stack belonged to Anatoly Zlotnikov, who held 134 big blinds — 55% of all chips in play.

Luck was on the Indian player’s side throughout the final table.

In one key hand, Suvarna flopped a set and extracted value on two streets against Zlotnikov, who rivered two pair. The pot was worth 25 big blinds.

In another hand, on a board of 3 6 7 K 5 , Zlotnikov fired all three streets with A 9 , while Suvarna called down with K 10 . The pot reached 60 big blinds, and Suvarna moved into the chip lead with 85 big blinds.

Suvarna eliminated Colin Robinson in 3rd place when AJo beat A5o in a 29-big-blind pot.

Heads-up play began with Suvarna holding 51 big blinds and Chang Lee holding 48 big blinds.

In the final hand, the effective stack was 32 big blinds. Lee limp-three-bet preflop with K K , while Suvarna defended the big blind with 8 7 . The flop came 9 9 10 , and Suvarna check-called a 5.8-big-blind bet. The turn was 8 . Suvarna check-shoved.

Lee asked for an “UP!” — but the river brought an eight.
