The $250K NLH Triton Invitational drew 133 entries — the same number as the $200K Triton Invitational Montenegro 2025. The stream went live on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and Kick.

The winner of the tournament will receive $7,725,000. ITM = 23 players. 75 players advanced to Day 2.

Before this event, Matthias Eibinger had played an Omaha tournament only once. Luck was on his side: in heads-up, Eibinger defeated Michael Watson. You can watch the final hand on Twitter. Effective stack = 30 bb. Preflop, Eibinger raised to 3 bb, Watson called. On the flop, Eibinger bet 4.7 bb into a 7 bb pot.

This is Eibinger’s first bracelet and his fifth Triton trophy. Interestingly, this was Michael Watson’s eighth career heads-up loss for a WSOP bracelet.

Day 2 of the tournament lasted 14 hours — the organizers had to add an extra day to finish it.

On Day 3, Soverel returned with 83 bb, Nemeth with 20 bb. It took 7 hands to determine the winner. In the final hand, Soverel limped with K K 5 3 , Nemeth raised with A J J 9 , Soverel three-bet, and all of Nemeth’s chips went into the middle. The board ran out 7 10 6 2 K .

Soverel rose to second place on the Florida all-time money list with $30.7M in earnings, surpassing Michael Mizrachi. Only Sean Winter is ahead of him with $36.7M.

Soverel mainly plays in Las Vegas. In November, he became the second player in PGT history to reach 100 ITM finishes (the first was Alex Foxen).
