After a successful Nuclear 4S, a new special PKO Series - Heavy Hitter enters the arena. The event, dedicated to progressive knockout poker, hosts a total of 104 online tournaments between March 11 and March 31. The Heavy Hitter Series schedule offers plenty of PKO poker action with buy-ins: $5, $10, $15, $40, $50, $100, $150. There's also opportunity to earn big bounties and prizes with the GTD prize pools ranging from $2,500 and $20,000. This of course is referring only the regular Heavy Hitter PKO tournaments. The biggest punches are delivered in the three ‘main events’, each equipped with $10K GTD, $50K GTD and $70K GTD prize pools.
During the Heavy Hitter Series, JackPoker will also be hosting PKO Leaderboards where the best bounty hunters will be awarded additional prizes.
Heavy Hitter 2024 Main Events
The Heavy Hitter Series 2024 offers a total of three ‘Main Events’. Out of these three, of course you have the actual Heavy Hitter Main Event. However, since both the $15 Mini Main Event and the $700 High Roller are both more special than other scheduled events, it only seems fair to refer to them as the main events of the series. Anyway, here is a short summary of the heavy hitting highlights.
Heavy Hitter Mini Main Event
The Heavy Hitter Mini Main Event is going down March 31 at 22:00 GM. The battle for the bounties and the $10,000 GTD prize pool is available with just a $15 buy-in. The tournament is played as a progressive bounty, with every player starting with a $7.50 bounty. Each knockout provides you with 50% from the player's bounty (starts at $3.75) and another 50% is added for your own head. The starting chips are set to 100,000 and blinds go up every 10 minutes, starting from 250/500.
Heavy Hitter High Roller
One of the biggest high rollers ever played at JackPoker is the upcoming $700 buy-in Heavy Hitter High Roller with a prize pool of $50,000 GTD. This tournament is all about big money bounty hunting. From the get-go, every participant gets a $350 bounty and a stack of 15,000 chips. Blinds start from 50/100 and levels go up every 8 minutes. The tournament starts March 31 at 20:00 GMT, just 30 minutes after the Main Event.
Heavy Hitter Main Event 2024
The Heavy Hitter Main Event 2024 has a $70 buy-in and $70,000 GTD prize pool, making it one of the best poker tournaments ever played at JackPoker. The buy-in/GTD -ratio hits the sweet spot for thousands of players, and when every player starts with a $35 on their head, bounties are sure to grow bigger than ever. The Heavy Hitter Main Event 2024 starts at 20:00 GMT on March 31. Starting blinds are set at 250/500 with 100,000 starting chips.
