One of the warmest stops on the entire poker circuit begins tomorrow with the UltimateBet-hosted Aruba Poker Classic kicking off in the sunny Caribbean.

Last year Texan Travis "TravestyFund" Rice outlasted 548 players to take down the Aruba crown and $800,000 in cold hard cash.

This year UltimateBet is guaranteeing $1 million to the first-place finisher and is predicting that the prize pool will attain $4 million.

The tournament won't be without some high-profile players either. Annie Duke, Phil Hellmuth, Shawn Rice and Cliff Josephy have already registered for the event. Hellmuth might be a no-show because he is currently in London chasing his 12th WSOP bracelet at the WSOPE Main Event, but there will definitely be some well-known poker players in Aruba.

Taking place at the Radisson Aruba Resort and Casino, the $5,000+$500 buy-in tournament kicks off tomorrow at noon and runs all the way to Oct. 4 with an awards ceremony and banquet scheduled for that night. One of the most accomplished tournament directors in the world, Matt Savage, will be running the tournament, so players can expect a well-organized event.

Poker players like Freddie Deeb, Erick Lindgren and Juha Helppi all had huge victories in Aruba that helped launch their poker careers.
