Poker pro Anna Khait will star in the 32nd season of popular reality TV show Survivor on CBS according to various reports.

She becomes the fourth professional poker player to get on the show following Jean-Robert Bellande, Jim Rice and Garrett Adelstein.

In a strange twist Khait is rumored to have already finished shooting her season, despite the fact they’ve yet to film season 31. That means Khait’s season won’t air until February 2016.

Producers had to swap things around because Season 31, which is being called Survivor: Second Chance featured a fan-vote to determine the cast. Both seasons are being shot in Cambodia.

Not among the 20 players chosen for Survivor: Second Chance? Poker pro Jim Rice.

Rice was among the numerous competitors that fans could vote to appear on the program but eventually fell short.

Despite producers constantly going to the poker well for contestants, Jean-Robert Bellande is still the longest-lasting poker pro to appear on the show as he made it to 8th place.

Khait is the first female pro to appear on the show and while she’s not the most well-known pro she’s been making a living from grinding the East Coast circuit while living in Brooklyn.

Originally from Russia, Khait applied to medical school but eventually decided to withdraw her application to pursue pro poker.
