Bigcatfish Wins Bodog Poker Open Event 5

The final preliminary event before the Bodog Poker Open main event finished last night. The fifth event in the series saw bigcatfish take home over $10,000.
With a prize pool of over $36,000, Event 5 was filled with familiar names. rusostreet, who won the first event of the series, made the final table to finish in eighth. It was impossible to call the winner going into heads-up, but after a valiant fight HB_HITMAN was down to the felt to finish in second.

Bigcatfish hopes to have a repeat performance as he freerolls into the main event in the Bodog Poker Open to be held on Sunday, March 9 at 4 p.m. (EDT). The main event is a $470+$30 buy-in, with Bodog adding $25,000 to the total prize pool and an Omega Speedmaster watch (valued at $4,400) for the winner.
