Josh Reichard Wins The Long-Awaited Bracelet In The $2.5K NLHE ($555,198)

Josh Reichard spent more than 15 years chasing a WSOP bracelet. Over his career, he has earned more than $5 million in WSOP and WSOP Circuit events, reached around a dozen final tables, and posted countless deep runs, yet the coveted trophy always eluded him. Last night, that finally changed. Here is the story of his victory and the other latest WSOP champions.

Josh Reichard’s results are nothing short of impressive. Here are just a few of his biggest deep runs, including several from WSOP 2026:

  • 2023 — 2nd place in the $1K Mini Main Event ($339K)
  • 2025 — 3rd place in the $1.5K Millionaire Maker ($702K)
  • 2026 — 3rd place in the $600 NLH/PLO Deepstack ($100K)
  • 2026 — 3rd place in the $10K Mystery Bounty ($313K)
  • 2023 — 6th place in the $5K NLHE ($116K)
  • 2024 — 6th place in the $2.5K NLHE Freezeout ($82K)
  • 2019 — 9th place in the $1.5K Millionaire Maker ($122K)

The only thing missing from his résumé was a bracelet.

Last night, he finally claimed one by defeating Caleb Harris heads-up ($370,037).

Simao defeated Santhosh Suvarna heads-up.

In the penultimate hand of the tournament (effective stack: 30 BB), Simao opened with A 7 7 5 , and Suvarna called with K Q 10 4 .

Flop: 2 7 K
Simao bet 2.25 BB (one-third pot).
Suvarna called.

Turn: 8
Simao bet 2.5 BB into an 11.5 BB pot. Suvarna raised to 7.25 BB, and Simao called.

River: K
Simao bet 15 BB into a 26 BB pot. Suvarna tanked for two and a half minutes before making the call.

In the next hand, Suvarna four-bet shoved with 10 10 8 6 , and Simao called with A A J 9 .

Michelle Chin has been playing poker since 2015. Her career got off to a flying start:

  • January 2015 — Winner of the $125 WSOPC Ladies Event ($7,188)
  • April 2015 — Winner of the $1,675 WSOPC Iowa Main Event ($88,126)

According to Chin, those early results made tournament poker seem easy.

It took another 11 years before she found the winner’s circle again.

Michelle Chin became the first woman to win a WSOP limit event since 2015.

This charity event raised $180,000 for the United Service Organizations (USO), a nonprofit that supports military service members and veterans.

The tournament attracted 4,478 entries. Nataraj began the final day with just 10 BB and one goal: surpass his previous career-best cash of $40,000. He accomplished far more than that.

Cash Game Regular Harry Rubin Wins His First Bracelet In The $1K PLO ($390,300)

Harry Rubin is primarily a cash game player but decided to take a shot at tournaments.

Earlier this month, he played five tournaments and cashed in one of them, finishing deep in the $1,100 BetMGM PLO for $72.3K. He had no plans to switch from cash games to tournaments, but decided to play a few more events. One of them resulted in a career-best score and more than doubled his lifetime tournament earnings.

Liberta has been playing WSOP events since 2013. Before this victory, he had already posted three deep runs in the Millionaire Maker:
