Titan player wins seats in two European events
Titan Poker is sending some Danish poker muscle to two major events in Europe after Kenneth Tomming won seats in the European Poker Tour San Remo event and the Eurocity Poker tour Madrid Open on the poker site.
Tomming, who has been playing at Titan Poker for less than a year, won both of his event seats within a week through online poker tournaments.
On March 2 he won a $3,000 prize package to the Madrid Open and six days later he was also claiming a $10,000 seat in the EPT San Remo event.
"So far, I've only really been playing poker on the Internet. However, I plan to play live much more in the future," Tomming said. "I love to play poker and I'm good at it - and I plan to show this to everyone when I play at the EPT San Remo and at the ECPT Madrid Open!"
The ECPT Madrid Open is sponsored by Titan Poker. Taking place in May, it is an elite tournament open to just 200 players.
Tomming have some live practice before that event when he flies to Italy in April for the San Remo event. It is expected to attract some of the best players from Europe and around the globe.
For his efforts on Titan Poker, not only does Tomming get the buy-in for each tournament, the poker site is also providing money for his flights and accommodation. He'll be able to play in the tournaments without the stress of worrying about winning enough to make up for his buy-in and expenses.
Titan Poker regularly rewards its players with seats to major poker events around the world. It is sending players to the Irish Open, which starts this week, and has sent players to the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, the Aussie Millions and various European Poker Tour events.
The poker site also hosts some big events of its own. In May Titan Poker will host the second European Championship of Online Poker where $3.6 million will be spread through 10 events, including $1.5 million in guaranteed cash for the main event.
