This is a spot where you have to fold. Cold four-betting and folding sounds really ugly but the idea was to get it in vs. the aggressive player on the button - not against the tight player in the cut-off. So when the cut-off five-bet shoves over a cold four-bet, your queens are no good and you should fold.
