There’s a new name joining the Triton Series roster this September — but it’s not quite what you’d expect. Known for hosting the most elite (and expensive) poker tournaments in the world, Triton Poker is expanding its reach to a whole new class of players with Triton One, a fresh mid-stakes series designed to bridge the gap between the dreamers and the nosebleeds.
Kicking off September 2 at Jeju’s Landing Casino & Resort, Triton One marks the beginning of a two-part festival in South Korea, with the Super High Roller Series following directly after. But the spotlight here is firmly on Triton One and its 12-event schedule — including a $3K opener, a pair of $20K High Rollers, and the much-anticipated $8K Main Event.
Let’s break it all down.
A New Playground for Aspiring High Rollers
The Triton One series is being billed as a “gateway” to the world of top-tier poker, offering tournament buy-ins that start at $2,000 — a far cry from the six-figure entries of the Super High Roller circuit. That said, this is no training ground. The structure is sharp, its schedule is deep, and the atmosphere promises to match the brand’s signature standard.

The $8,000 Main Event runs September 5–8, with two starting flights and live $1,500 qualifiers scheduled on-site. But action starts even earlier, with the $3,000 Genesis event leading things off and a $10,000 Mystery Bounty providing the kind of volatility Triton fans know and love.

What’s After Triton One?
As soon as the Triton One Main Event wraps up on September 8, the tables flip to welcome the Super High Roller Series, featuring the kind of buy-ins that gave Triton its name. That includes a $100K NLHE Main Event, a $100K PLO Main, and several $50K–$150K tournaments in NLHE, PLO, and Short Deck.
While that part of the festival caters to the elite, Triton One is where the aspirational class gets their shot. As Triton CEO Andy Wong put it:
Many poker players aspire to play Triton events, and Triton One offers precisely that chance.
With sleek structures, high production value, and a schedule tailored for serious mid-stakes players, Triton One looks ready to carve out its own identity — just one tier below the top.
