Annette_15 takes down PokerStars Hundred Grand

On a day when the poker world was still recovering from huge Phil Ivey and Chris "Jesus" Ferguson victories, Annette Obrestad proved she still dominates the online world.

Obrestad outlasted 20,000 (!) opponents to take down the $20,000 first-place prize (that's $1 for every opponent she outlasted, for those of you keeping track at home). The Norwegian phenom continually declined when opponents suggested a deal in the chatbox.

She beat joeshambles in heads-up play to win yet another online tournament.

Of course it was Sunday so there was plenty of action to go around. Online player nordlending outlasted players like Steve Billirakis, James Mackey and Sorel Mizzi in the $5,200 freezeout event to get into heads-up play against Steve Paul-Ambrose. Nordlending emerged victorious and won $100,000 in the process.

Meanwhile the big show - the Sunday Million - busted through the 8,000-player mark with 8,063 players registered.

In the end s0stndrd beat vm1124 in heads-up play to win first place and $160,102 (based on a two-way deal).
