PokerStars Launches Wildcard Wins Leaderboard for the 2026 World Cup

As far as World Cup promotions go, SpinGoal apparently wasn’t enough on the nose for PokerStars this summer. On Monday, the poker room announced yet another FIFA-inspired promotion, its Wildcard Wins leaderboard.
The month long leaderboard is pretty straightforward, so let’s take a look now.
How the Wildcard Wins Leaderboard Works
The weekly leaderboard will follow the World Cup runtime, kicking off this Monday, June 15 and continuing all the way until the final match on July 19. During this promotional period, anytime a player places a qualifying sports bet, they earn a randomized score that goes towards the leaderboard.
This is how you place a bet:
- Enter via the PokerStars Challenge window
- Place qualifying sports bets (minimum stake of 2.50)
- Receive a randomized score once the bet is settled
- Your highest score makes the weekly leaderboard
The second point to cover would be that randomized score, which can go from 1 to 1,000,000. As things stand, your score isn’t actually that random, after all. It’s based on the stake multiplier, currency multiplier, odds multiplier, and result multiplier.
At the end of every week, the players placed highest on the Wildcard Wins leaderboard will get the following prizes:

| 11th–285th | $109 Sunday Million Anniversary 20 Ticket |

| 1,286th–2,500th | $1.50 Sunday Million Anniversary 20 Satellite Ticket |
