CoinPoker Updates High Stakes: Personalized Rewards, Rake Changes & No More 7-Max

In the newsletter from January 20th, 2026, the crypto room made a big announcement of plans to change high stakes by making it more oriented towards stimulating and supporting action players and pros.

Bye Bye, 7-Max! Welcome, New NLH Rake Caps!
While you still can find cash games between ₮0.01/0.02 and ₮10/20 at 7-max tables, all other stakes starting with ₮25/50 and higher no longer have this option because they are transitioned to 6-max.
At the same time with this change, the room introduced new NLH rake caps depending on the number of players:
- Heads-Up play: 0.5 BB
- 3 or more players: 0.6 BB
Alas, the percentage of rake isn’t so clear.
On the one hand, in the lobby you can still see it being 5% no matter what cash game you open:
On the other hand, CoinPoker notes in its newsletter that the final rake at high stakes will depend on whether there are action players at the table or not — but without further details.
New Rewards System for Action Players & Pros
In contrast to other rooms that use classic rakeback models to reward player activity, CoinPoker decided to launch Personalized Rewards for individual action players whose activity helps high stakes not only exist but also grow.
The room’s team wants to keep their high stakes games beatable, so for now they are trying to implement an idea of a balanced ecosystem where:
- VIPs, aka action-creating players, are rewarded generously
- High Stakes games are healthy, enjoyable and sustainable
- The room’s rake revenue and professional players potential winnings are fairly balanced
However, this approach does not mean that professionals will have to tighten their belts. CoinPoker prepared extra benefits for them on high stakes as well, in addition to safe tables and VIP opponents.
The rooms didn’t share much details on Personalized Rewards yet but already warned players that this initiative is still young and in the process of being polished, so the team is open for feedback and suggestions from everyone.
