Better late than never, as they say. Having cancelled the latest edition of their famed World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) that had been due to kick off on September 25, PokerStars have bounced back very quickly with a rescheduled, bigger and better offering!

WCOOP 2022: Take 2 will take place from November 5 to 9, and over the five days there’ll be 22 events with a total guaranteed prize pool of over $25 million – that's certainly a series worth getting involved in! Buy-ins start as low as $5.50!

Those of you who didn’t qualify for or plan to play in this fantastic series of megabucks No-Limit Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha Main Events, Women’s Events and more will now get the chance at a shot for glory.

Chris Straghalis, Director of Online Poker Experience for PokerStars, had this to say: “We know that WCOOP is a long-awaited calendar staple for our community and due to the cancellations, we want to ensure we give our players the WCOOP experience they had hoped for but make it even bigger and better... to give even more of a strong reason for players to get involved.”

The extravaganza is indeed bigger and better, with $2.5 million in guaranteed prize money having been added across the Low, Medium, and High tournaments! Furthermore, PokerStars has also come up with $1.5 million in added value satellites.
