888poker Live Poker Festivals 2023 Announced!
Live poker is coming back in droves and one of the more well-known series on the circuit is returning to Europe for 2023! 888poker has announced 5 festivals for 2023 that will feature some of the most recognizable casinos and countries on the European poker circuit. The festivals promise to bring players the most accessible live poker experiences found anywhere. All festivals will feature the €888 Main Event, and all will have at least one of the popular mystery bounty tournament for PKO fans to get excited about!
888poker LIVE Madrid – January 2023
The winter blues can be turned upside down as poker players will flock to the Casino Gran Via Madrid for 10 days of non-stop action. Cash games, satellites, a full tournament series and surprises will await players from January 13th through January 23rd. The schedule highlights include:
- €220 NLH Opening Event with 4 opening flights – January 13th to January 16th
- €330 NLH Mystery Bounty – January 15th and 16th
- €2,200 NLH High Roller – January 17th and 18th
- €888 NLH Main Event w/ €300,000 Guaranteed – January 19th to January 23rd
- €100 NLH Last Chance – January 23rd
- €55 NLH Ladies
- PLO Tournament
Players will have online satellites available to them in the 888poker global client for the main event from as little as 1 cent. $109 qualifiers will also be available for a €1600 tournament package which includes buy-in to the main event and expenses to get you to Madrid and for a hotel room over the poker tournament.
888poker LIVE London – April 2023
England will get their turn to host the 888poker LIVE festival a few months later, starting on April 13th through April 24th at the beautiful Grosvenor Victoria Casino. The full schedule won’t be released for some time, but players should expect many of the same types of tournaments that were found in the Madrid stop, including the mystery bounty, the €2,200 High Roller, and the €888 Main Event, that is sure to have a lofty guarantee attached to it
888poker LIVE Barcelona – May 2023
888poker returns to Spain for a stop in May for the 888poker LIVE Barcelona, happening from May 10th to May 22nd, just before the start of the 2023 WSOP series in Las Vegas. While the venue has not been confirmed, one should expect that the Casino Barcelona will be the site of the late Spring festival. As with the stops in Madrid and London, the usual list of tournaments is expected to be held, including what promises to be a massive €888 NLH Main Event over the last days of the festival!
888poker LIVE Bucharest – August 2023
As the WSOP wraps up in Las Vegas, poker players will head across the pond and settle into Bucharest for the 4th festival stop of 2023 – 888poker LIVE Bucharest! Scheduled to be held August 8th through the 14th at a venue to be announced – although it’s worth noting that the Marriott Sheraton Bucharest held the 2022 stop (pictured above). A full week of poker awaits those that make the trek to the “Little Paris of the East”!
888poker LIVE London – October 2023
To end 2023, 888poker LIVE is returning to the Grosvenor Victoria Casino in the heart of London for the 5th and last stop of the festival circuit. Scheduled for October 18th through October 29th, the stop promises to be full of treats for poker players looking to boost their bankrolls at the end of the year! Again, no schedule has been published yet, but players should expect a similar schedule to what the venue held in April, and players should be ready to grind the satellites found online starting soon after the Bucharest stop concludes.
888poker continues to cement itself as a leader in the European Poker community and their 5 festival stops in 2023 will only add to that! 2023 is going to be a great year for poker and 888poker is going to play a big part in that!
