About Lukasz Dumanski
| Name | Lukasz Dumanski |
|---|---|
| Current Residence | Toronto Ontario, CA |
Lukasz Dumanski is no stranger to the live poker world and major tournaments, and now his claim to fame is a World Series of Poker bracelet win.
The Toronto native defeated a field of 687 players in the $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo event of the 2007 WSOP to earn his first bracelet and more than $220,000.
He went into the final table third in the chip count, but walked away in first after his opponents fell by the wayside, including the only name at the table, Chad Brown.
Dumanski also has two prior cashes at the World Series. Both of them were in 2005 when he placed 14th in the $2,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event and 27th in the $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha event.
He also has a 10th-place finish in the $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em team event at the 2007 Aussie Millions.
Perhaps we'll be seeing more of the Canadian now that he’s boosted his bankroll, and has a nice shiny piece of hardware hanging from his wrist.
