What to do in Las Vegas? Let's start with The Strip. There is no doubt that The Strip is one of the main attractions you will find in Vegas. It's a long street where the most prestigious hotels are located and the casinos that define the history of this town. Of course, this is where the social and night life is concentrated. The coolest stretch of South Las Vegas Boulevard is a must-see.

So is the High Roller, which is one of the largest and most beautiful Ferris wheels in the world. This allows you to reach, at its peak, a height of about 170 meters, making it all the more magical and futuristic. Of course, from up there you can see the entire Strip and get a broader picture of the city of Las Vegas. To take a full tour you need to take a half hour, and you will ride one of the 28 spherical cabins. While on it you can also enjoy a high-flying cocktail.

And then there is Fremont Street, which was the most famous and busiest street in Vegas before the extra-luxury hotels and trendy restaurants sprang up on the Strip. This is perhaps the oldest part of town and has also served as the location in dozens of movies that have made movie history. It is also home to the Fremont Street Experience, an indoor pedestrian area as large as five blocks. Want to have a great experience? Art and History in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is not just about spectacle, glitter, and gambling. There is also room for culture, as evidenced by the presence of the Arts District. This is undoubtedly the most "hip" part of the city, where we can find the finest art stores, galleries and local theaters. You can find plenty of murals and fine paintings in the district and there is no shortage of space for themed shopping.

In the Arts District it is also possible to take a dip into history, especially older history. We owe this to the Las Vegas Natural History Museum, which is a history museum in which dinosaurs that lived in these parts of the world have been reproduced. You can also find the Neon Museum, where you can see the old town of Las Vegas between the early and post-World War II periods. Finally, there is also The Mob Museum, in which the history of the American organized underworld is displayed.

Cirque du Soleil

Speaking of art and entertainment, one cannot fail to mention Cirque du Soleil. Las Vegas is one of the main strongholds of the dance troupe that puts on shows designed by Guy Lalibertè (who also is an avid poker player). There are many shows that are staged there, but the most beautiful is undoubtedly the O. Here, inside the Bellagio, a veritable opera is staged on a pool with more than 5 million liters with 85 performers and athletes starring.

Pomp and Circumstance

Bellagio Water Games

Let us close with a couple of attractions that best represent the glitter and excess that have always characterized Las Vegas as a tourist destination. The first is represented by the Bellagio itself which, as mentioned above, hosts the O. We are talking about what we might call the highlight of Vegas, on par with the very famous sign that stands at the entrance to the city. These fountains consist of more than 1,200 nozzles that are in a 3-hectare man-made lake. The famous water sprays and water features reach up to 140 meters in height with a continuous soundtrack playing, consisting of great songs, primarily "Viva Las Vegas" sung by Elvis Presley. The water games are repeated every half hour until sunset and every quarter hour after that.

The Strat and Sky Jumps

You also have to experience the thrill of going up the Strat tower. This tower is about 350 meters high and is one of the tallest observation towers in the world. You can also enjoy the beautiful view while eating in the famous rotating restaurant. However, the most beautiful and adrenaline-filled experience is the Sky Jump. You can jump from the tower and plummet toward the ground in a controlled and completely safe descent, somewhat like bungee jumping while reaching a top speed of 40 miles per hour.
