While 2026 World Series of Poker is just hitting its halfway mark in Vegas, the team behind the WSOP is already looking ahead to the first ever Super Circuit in Canada later this summer. In a short (but relevant) press release last week, the organizers announced exclusive online qualifiers for the WSOP Super Circuit Canada Main Event.

Here’s a closer look.

The Very First WSOP Super Circuit Canada

From August 26 through September 10, 2026, the WSOP will call the Playground Casino in Quebec, Canada home. During its inaugural two week run in Canada, the WSOP will put up 18 of its gold rings up for grabs, with a total series prize pool of $14,000,000. All that should culminate in the $10M GTD Main Event from September 3 through September 11, 2026.

How to Get to the WSOP Super Circuit With GGPoker

Since poker legislations differ among Canadian provinces, GGPoker made sure to create specialized satellite pathways for everyone willing to fight it out for their spot in the WSOP Super Circuit Canada.

Here are the two potential pathways:

  • GGPoker Ontario: Players in Ontario can qualify directly for the $10M Main Event via dedicated direct satellite tournaments running on GGPoker
  • The Rest of Canada: Players coming from outside Ontarion can secure a spot through the WSOP Express satellite system on GGPoker
