‘A couple of bucks can change your life!’ … often when we hear such a claim, it doesn’t really hold water, when it comes to real money online poker it tends to be a reliable statement of fact, such is the nature of the industry in that it generates an environment awash with money and which offers everyone opportunities to win.

This article focuses on a too-good-to-miss event at Americas Cardroom that does indeed present players – regardless of the size of their bankroll – a chance to turn a couple of bucks into a life-changing sum of money, namely The Dream Tournament which, conveniently for us, is quite aptly named.  

With a guaranteed prize pool that promises $100,000 in payouts, you might expect a hefty buy-in, but the point here is to cater to the rank-and-file poker enthusiast, which is why ACR decided to limit the buy-in to a mere $2.50! Not surprisingly, this newsworthy online poker tournament – which sees daily Day 1 Flights running until 26 February, with Day 2 on the 26th and the Final Table held on Monday, 27 February – is the biggest micro-stakes event in Americas Cardroom history.

Remarkably, given the enormous $100K up for grabs, the qualifying set-up means that you can even win your ticket to do battle in The Dream for a miniscule 11 cents.

Two Added Events!

If you’re feeling greedy as the year’s shortest month draws to a close, or you fancy experiencing the thrills and spills of online Bounty Tournaments (if you’ve never played one, where have you been?), then you can take advantage of ACR’s adding two extra events that will run alongside Day 2 on 26 February.  These PKOs are a $16.50 buy-in event with a $75,000 GTD prize pool, and a $15,000 GTD for which the buy-in is just $2.50.
