There are all sorts of ways to entertain ourselves when indulging in a spot of real money online poker – one such is by getting involved in Leaderboard action in one form or another. At leading operator partypoker you’ll find numerous leaderboards, and today we’re looking at SPINS…

SPINS Explained

First, here’s a mini-guide to SPINS… If the chance to turn a mere $5 buy-in into $1M isn’t enough incentive to give this action-packed game a go, you’ve lost your poker mojo. Thanks to a randomly generated multiplier, these three-player, fast action (3-minute blind levels) Sit & Go tournaments don’t have a set payout, but can instead produce a prize pool between two and 240,000 times the buy-in – hence the million dollar prize. And SPINS suit all bankrolls, with buy-ins ranging from $0.25 to $500. Note that you can play SPINS on mobile devices as well as on the downloadable client.

How to Play SPINS

  • Select your buy-in
  • Choose the number of games you want to play
  • Click “Play Now”
  • The overall prize pool is determined at random, and you’re good to go

For the modern-day thrill-seeker (or those with more limited time), partypoker came up with SPINS Ultra, which combines even faster blinds with shorter stacks to produce an accelerated version.   

Back to the SPINS Leaderboard, points are earned from each tournament you play by multiplying the cost of the SPIN itself (buy-in – rake) by the Table Multiplier. What Are partydollars?
