Hannes Jeschka Storms Through the GGMillion$ Final Table

Toward the end of the second hour, Jeschka took over the chip lead. He defended the big blind with 3 2 against an early-position open from Vyacheslav Buldygin holding A 9 , then check-called the flop and turn on a board of 5 8 Q A 8 . Both players checked the river, and Jeschka won a 22 BB pot.

Jeschka eliminated Marco Perez in 7th place: AKo > JTo for a 9 BB pot.

At 6-handed, Jeschka went into full god mode. It looked as if he was being dealt cards from a short deck while everyone else was drawing from the muck. His VPIP was close to 100%, and his opponents simply couldn’t stop him.

He knocked out Vyacheslav Buldygin in 5th place: AQs > JTs for a 31 BB pot.
