About the High Stakes Poker Livestream

This cash game served as an intro to the new 15th season of High Stakes Poker. The blinds were NL $200/$400 ($800 straddle). The lineup featured Andrew Robl, Doug Polk, Jennifer Tilly, Justin Gavri, Cary Katz, Sam “Senor Tilt” Kiki, and Santosh Suvarna. Several six- and seven-figure pots were played — and as usual, Alan Keating was right in the middle of the biggest ones.

Preflop, Doug Polk opened from the button with K 7 . Justin Gavri 3-bet from the small blind to $20K. Alan Keating, in the big blind, called with 4 2 . Polk then 4-bet to $75K — but Keating wasn’t ready to fold and decided to call.

Keating check-called a $35K bet.
Turn: J , pot $242,800
Keating check-called again for $70K.
River: 3 , pot $382,800
Keating checked once more. Polk shoved all-in for $137K, sending Keating into the tank — but only for a little over a minute. Eventually, Keating made the call.
Ben “bencb789” Rolle tried to analyze the hand and shared his only conclusion on Twitter:
I tried to break down this hand.

Alan Keating’s poker arsenal includes both hero calls and wild bluffs.
This hand took place early in the third hour of Sunday’s session. Several straddles were posted preflop. Sam “Senor Tilt” Kiki opened from the small blind to $30K in a $13.1K pot with A 5 . Suvarna called with 8 7 , and Keating, who had also straddled, called with 4 3 .
Flop: Q 5 5
Kiki bet $30K into a $93K pot. Suvarna folded, Keating called.
Turn: 9 , pot $153K
Here Kiki started setting the trap. He checked, and Keating decided to bet $45K. Kiki raised to $125K, and Keating called.
River: 2
Kiki checked again. Keating shoved for all of Kiki’s remaining chips ($446K) — and got an instant call.
“Thank you for the new investment property, Mister Keating,” Sam “Senor Tilt” Kiki commented on Twitter (X).
It was one of the biggest pots in the history of High Stakes Poker. As a reminder, in the summer of 2025, Alan Keating played for the largest pot in the show’s history — $1,412,500 — here’s how it happened.
