Host Your Own Private Tournament at Americas Cardroom

Host Your Own Private Tournament at Americas Cardroom

The restrictions of the COVID pandemic might have kept us apart physically but, thanks to the internet, we were able to effectively stay connected. Online poker certainly had an impact, with both existing poker enthusiasts returning to the game and new arrivals experiencing it for the first time. Not everyone is aware that with some poker rooms it’s possible to set up your own Private Tournament, and at Americas Cardroom you can do just that!

Private Tournaments at Americas Cardroom: How It Works

Whether you have amassed a pool of poker friends over time who come from all four corners of the world, for example, or you’d like to have a ‘home’ game but with more players than you can fit into your kitchen, look no further than Americas Cardroom for the facility to host your very own Private Tournaments.

You get to tailor the details of your tournament, including the duration and game type, and you also create your own tournament password for ultimate protection, so that you can play exclusively with just your friends in your own private ‘area’ of the poker room. The buy-in for Private Tournaments is $1.65, which is perfect for recreational players whose min interest is just having fun. No-Limit Hold'em, Pot-Limit Omaha and PLO8 variants are available, and there are three structures to choose from, namely:

Fast: 60 minutes average duration
Medium: 90 minutes average duration
Slow: 180 minutes average duration

N.B. Average tournament times can vary depending on the number of participants.

Have fun, and good luck...
