Go For Glory in the 84-Event WPT Global Spring Festival
Playing poker is, of course, great fun, and when we step into the world of real money online poker we’re guaranteed to be entertained. But what about winning? Exactly - everyone wants to win! Here’s your chance to be the first WPT Prime Online Champion by getting involved in the upcoming WPT Global Spring Festival, which runs from 21 May until 4 June.
Throughout the Spring Festival there’ll be something for everyone so that, regardless of your bankroll, events are accessible to all. Indeed, with buy-ins ranging from as little as $1.10 and going right up to $2,500 for High Rollers, plus a great mix of No-Limit Hold'em and Omaha as well as Short Deck events, including 6-max, Turbos, Bounty tournaments and much more (see below).
Amongst a packed 84-event schedule, the feast of online poker tournaments features the WPT Prime $1,060 Championship which kicks off on 28 May and, with 10 different starting flights, continues until 4 June. There’s even a Last Chance Turbo to dive into before the Day 2 Final. And the booty? As well as the glory, there’s a whopping $200,000 in guaranteed prize money to play for!
Meanwhile, in homage to the WPT500 tournaments at the Aria in Las Vegas, this popular operator which was launched last year as the online poker platform of the mighty World Poker Tour (WPT) is putting a nice touch to their Spring Festival, with the opening weekend giving everyone the opportunity to win an online WPT500 title in the $100,000 GTD, $530 buy-in event.
Both the WPT Prime and WPT500 will have mini versions, with buy-ins of $110 and $55 respectively. The Mini Prime has a $100,000 Guarantee... Note that, as usual at WPT Global, you can win seats at bargain prices for this and other higher buy-in events via a comprehensive qualifying set-up.
Finally, to satisfy what has become a seemingly insatiable thirst these days, you can look forward to 26(!) Progressive Knockout Bounty (PKO) events as well as 14 standard bounty tournaments during the series.
For speed merchants, the Hyper Turbos will have levels as fast as 3-minutes, while each higher buy-in event has a smaller Mini buy-in version of the same tournament ($110 and $11 tournaments, for example).
