iPOPS Returns to RedStar Poker With €500,000 GTD Main Event

The legendary iPOPS series returns to the iPoker network after a long hiatus. Players will be able to complete missions, compete for leaderboard prizes, and participate in special tournaments, including Twisters.

iPOPS Highlighted Events

The iPOPS series will run at RedStar Poker from August 30th to September 29th, 2026.

Tournaments range in buy-ins from €1 to €1,000, with most having relatively small guaranteed prize pools but there are three types of particularly large events.

Sunday Events

Three single-day tournaments starting on Sunday, August 30th and September 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, 2026:

  • €215 Sunday Masters €75,000 GTD — classic NLHE
  • €100 Sunday Sweat €100,000 GTD — Progressive Knockout
  • €50 Sunday Ultra €100,000 GTD — Mystery Bounty

Each one is preceded by a week of satellites.

Flighted Events

Two multi-flight tournaments with a whole month of Day 1s:

  • €75 Eliminator XXL €200,000 GTD
  • €250 Knockout Championship €300,000 GTD

Their Day 2 will begin on the same day — Monday, September 28th, 2026.

Main Events

The series will have two main events, both one-day events, starting in the second half of September:

  • €55 Mini Main Event €200,000 GTD — starts Sunday, September 20th, 2026
  • €500  Main Event €500,000 GTD — starts Sunday, September 27th, 2026

Both can be accessed via satellites, as well as by winning tickets in missions and special Twisters.

iPOPS Missions

RedStar Poker will offer players five different Revenue Missions to earn tickets and Free Blinds but they won’t begin until September 7th, 2026.

Please note that mission point requirements may vary between iPoker rooms, so it’s important to check the mission in your room’s lobby before opting in. The data below is taken from RedStar Poker.

Repeatable Missions

Two satellite ticket missions are available for players to complete and earn tickets three times — one during each qualifying period:

  1. Period 1: from September 7th to 13th, 2026
  2. Period 2: from September 14th to 20th, 2026
  3. Period 3: from September 21th to 28th, 2026

Main Event Satellite Revenue Mission requires to accumulate 9,000 points for paying €900 in rake in any games to get a €50 Sat Sep 26 ticket.

Knockout Championship Satellite Revenue Mission requires to accumulate 4,500 points for paying €450 in rake in any games to get a €25 Sat Sep 26 ticket.

One-time Missions

Three different missions are available for completion during 20-21 days and can only be completed once during their qualification period.

  • Main Event Ticket Revenue Mission runs from September 7th to 28th, 2026. It requires to accumulate 90,000 points for paying €9,000 in rake in any games to get a €500 Main Event ticket.
  • Knockout Championship Revenue Mission runs from September 7th to 29th, 2026. It requires to accumulate 45,000 points for paying €4,500 in rake in any games to get a €250 Knockout Championship ticket.
  • iPOPS Side Quest Revenue Mission runs from September 7th to 29th, 2026. It requires to accumulate 1,500 points for paying €150 in rake in any MTTs to get €10 in €0.50 Free Blinds.

From August 30th to September 29th, 2026, players will have access to four new Twister tournaments.

Each Twister offers different prizes in iPOPS tournament tickets and cash at varying probabilities.

Each day of the series, players will receive points for participating in its tournaments, the amount of which depends on two variables.

The first variable is activity in iPOPS tournaments:

  • Play a PKO event = 2 points
  • Knockout a player from a PKO event = 2 points
  • Play a non-PKO event = 4 points
  • Play a Special event = 5 points
  • Play a Masters event = 6 points
  • Reach an ITM in an event = 7 points
  • Be the first player to get knocked out in a PKO event = 10 points
  • Reach the final table in an event = 20 points
  • Win an event = 35 points

The second variable is the tournament buy-in, which gives a multiplier for the points listed above:

  • €1 — €3 = x1
  • €5 — €10 = x1.5
  • €12.50 — €20 = x2
  • €25 — €50 = x2.5
  • €75 — €125 = x3
  • €150 — €300 = x3.5
  • €400 — €1,000 = x4

So, for example, if you knock out a player in a €25 iPOPS PKO tournament, you will receive 2 x 2.5 = 5 points.

Each day, based on their performance in the series, the top-250 players will receive prizes in the form of Twister and iPOPS tickets:
