Titan takes on land-based tourneys

Poker Table

Titan Poker is entering the bricks-and-mortar tournament market with the launch of the EuroCity Poker Tour in May.

The first stop on the tour is the €1,000 Madrid Open in Spain May 9-12. It's only open to 200 players, and according to the tour's Web site, players can expect fast-paced poker action and great odds.

Players who would like to increase the odds of a bigger return on their investment in the tournament can also try to win their way to the event at Titan Poker.

The site is hosting $250+$25 super-satellites to the Madrid Open through which players can win $3,000 prize packages that include the buy-in for the tournament plus two round-trip airline tickets from anywhere in Europe and three nights' accommodation for the winner plus a guest.

The remaining super-satellites are scheduled for March 16, 23 and 30 and April 6, 13, 20 and 27.

For players looking for an even less expensive entry into the tournament, there are various qualifiers for the super satellites running daily for as little as $3.

On Tuesdays at 8:15 p.m. (GMT) there are also $50+$5 Super Sat R/A tourneys that will award one $3,000 prize package to the Madrid Open for every $3,000 generated. Plus there are ongoing $300 High Roller sit-and-gos that will send the winner to the Madrid Open.

There are plenty of other reasons to play at Titan Poker as well. Not only does the site award seats to plenty of other live poker events, it has exclusive World Series of Poker* seats as well as monthly $5,000 freerolls for PokerListings.com players.
