Isildur1 out durrrrs Dwan for $1.2 million

By: Sean Lind

In what might be the largest heads up session of the year, unknown Swedish player Isildur1 won over $1.2 million from Tom "durrrr" Dwan last night.

Take two of the most aggressive players in online poker, put them on multiple $500/$1,000 No-Limit Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha tables and you will end up with a flood of massive pots.

The session saw over $30 million wagered and 43 pots worth over $300k. The 100th largest pot of the night still came in at a hefty $200,222.

The two action-crazed players started their night at $300/$600 No-Limit Hold'em but after 582 hands Dwan was down over $134,000. They decided to switch to $500/$1,000 No-Limit Hold'em where they remained for over 6,700 hands.

On top of the NLH action, the players added 122 hands of $500/$1,000 PLO to the mix near the end of the session.

Despite having won five of the six largest pots of the night, Dwan failed to make a profit at any limit, Omaha or Hold'em, and ended the day down over $1,263,000.

The silver lining for Dwan is that he finally signed with Full Tilt as a member of the coveted Team Full Tilt this weekend. Check out the full story here.

Below you can watch replays of the three largest pots of the session, all of which worth over $500k. To see more replays of the session's largest pots click over to MarketPulse.

Their aggression goes to 11.

A big hand for the slick kid.

Dwan gets lots of love.
