Brian Hastings
Brian "$tinger88" Hastings

Black Friday refugee Brian “$tinger88” Hastings detonated in the high-stakes games this week with the force of a laser-guided Hellfire missile.

Hastings, who is currently residing in Vancouver, Canada, so that he can play online poker, burned through 3,844 hands record a chart-topping $379k in profit on PokerStars.

The American has not been particularly active this year but rejoined the action in April and has been lights out ever since. He’s currently up over $800k on PokerStars this year.

Hastings was hardly the only player to win big this week as Chris “Genius28” Lee and patpatman recorded substantial victories while Viktor “Isildur1” Blom continued to stumble.

Here’s a breakdown of the top 10 winners and losers on PokerStars this week:

Brian Hastings stole most of the headlines this week but Chris “Genius28” Lee continues to crush some of the biggest games on PokerStars.

The recent SCOOP winner picked up another $241k this week and has steadily built up a profit of just over $500k in 2012.

Meanwhile Terje “Terken” Augdal continued his strong 2012 with $147k in profit this week. That puts him at just under $700k this year.
