The 2026 WSOP Europe festival is underway in Prague, having kicked off on March 31. The series will run through April 12, with a total of 15 gold bracelets up for grabs.

Shaun Deeb is chasing his 9th bracelet in Mixed PLO

WSOP Europe kicked off with two bracelet events.

Event #1: €1,100 The Opener Mystery Bounty

Two flights are complete. Pedro Cassar leads with 83 BB, followed by Francisco Plaza with 52 BB. Two more flights will take place today.

Event #2: €3,300 Mixed PLO / PLO8 / Big O

The €3,300 mixed Omaha event attracted 181 entries, with 42 players progressing to Day 2. All remaining players are guaranteed a payout, with a min-cash set at €6,545. The eventual winner will earn €123,879.

Play resumes today, with Shaun Deeb leading the field on 174 big blinds.

Among the notable players still in contention are Benny “RunGodlike” Glaser (64 BB), Blaz Zerjav (63 BB), Dario Sammartino (63 BB), Stoyan Madanzhiev (47 BB), Viktor Blom (32 BB), Chris Hunichen (27 BB), and Zdenek Zizka (20 BB).

€5K WSOP Europe Main Event will be streamed

The €5,000 WSOP Europe Main Event, featuring a €10 million guaranteed prize pool, is set to begin on April 3 and will run through April 10. The tournament will be streamed from Day 1.
