WPT Global Returns to Playground Poker with Summer Million Festival

The two-week festival opens with online flights and low-to-mid-stakes live events before ramping up to the marquee tournaments everyone is going to be waiting for. While you’ll find the complete schedule below, here’s a sneak peak at just some of the tournament formats making up this year’s lineup, including:

One standout is the C$2,200 Mega Stack High Roller, kicking off July 30, offering deeper stacks for those chasing a bigger title. There’s also a $100K freeroll and multiple satellite opportunities, including affordable milestone qualifiers starting at C$180.

Online qualifiers have already begun on the WPT Global platform, offering players direct paths into the live Main Event and other headline tournaments.

Summer Million Festival Key Dates

Playground’s VP of Gaming Operations Ryan Bevens called the festival “a truly unforgettable event” and highlighted the over C$200,000 in added value available to players both online and onsite.
