If you’ve had the feeling your December calendar was looking a little… Wynn-shaped, you’re not wrong. The World Poker Tour released its December 2025 WPT World Championship schedule and just glimpsing at it, it looks like everything people actually want to play.
You can check out the Complete 2025 WPT World Championship Festival Schedule, but along with breaking it down, this article’s going to focus on something a little different: how can you actually get to the 2025 WPT World Championship.
And yes, there’s still plenty of chances to qualify, so read on.
What’s On the Schedule in 2025
The the 2025 WPT World Championship is running December 2–22 at Wynn Las Vegas and just like last year, it’s trying to have it all (accessible buy-ins and nosebleed action). Of course, the entire festival centers on the $10,400 WPT World Championship (December 13–19). The Main Event is going to have its delayed TV final table on December 21.

Apart from the obvious crowd pleasers, the schedule mixes in a decent amount of poker variety. There’s two $25,800 NLH High Rollers on back-to-back days (December 17–18 and 18–19), a broader slate of mixed games (HORSE, TORSE, Omaha 8, Big O, OE, Mixed Triple Draw, 2-7 Mixed), and an uptick in PLO and 5-Card PLO.
The community events aren’t missing from the 2025 calendar either. The Ladies Championship is on the schedule December 13–14 with a $1,100 buy-in and $250,000 guaranteed while the Seniors crowd has a choice to make: the $1,100 Seniors Championship (December 18–20) followed by a $10,000 Seniors High Roller (December 20–22).
So, the WPT World Championship schedule is out. The next question is how to secure one of those December seats. Here’s two online routes.
Option 1: ClubWPT’s Season of Qualifiers → Nov. 2 Online Final → World Championship Passports
If you’re eying the $10,400 World Championship then you should look to ClubWPT. They’re currently still running a season that goes into a single online final on Sunday, November 2, 2025. The goal isn’t a December seat, at least yet. It’s securing your spot in the November 2 final.
Ever since May, a dozen online qualifiers have been awarding seats into that 300-player final. Finish in the top five on November 2, and you earn a $12,000 WPT Passport for the World Championship at Wynn.
Dates are spread monthly, with two October dates still to be announced.
Option 2: ClubWPT Super SATurdays → Seats to the $1,100 WPT Prime Championship
If you’re more interested in the Prime side of the festival, same December footprint, lower buy-in, televised final table, the you should be looking at the Super SATurdays series.
These are weekly freeroll MTTs (registration opens six days out) under 5 Seat WPT Guarantee, Super SATurdays.
Each payout is it’s own thing. On September 27, for example, places one through five each receive a $1,100 WPT Prime Championship seat, with extra cash shared among the rest of the final table. The September 20 edition awards a $7,000 WPT bestbet Scramble Championship Passport for first and $1,100 Prime seats for second through fifth.
