Since the calendar officially turns to August this week, poker rooms are all but racing to announce their monthly promotions and JackPoker is right on cue. This week, the online poker room revealed its August plans — a month long Summer Slam Series with over $5,000,000 in guarantees.

Four Weeks of the Summer Slam
JackPoker has broken down its Summer Slam into four weeks — each with its own format and each working towards the series Main Event scheduled for the final week of the series. Here is how that looks:

| Week 3 | Leaderboard | Two week long leaderboard across two rounds, without overall totals or random bonuses |
| Week 4 | Main Event | Series Main Event, including other high value tournaments and one single-step satellite to the Main Event |
Weekly Deposit Raffle
During the entire series and thus all of August, JackPoker will also be running a Weekly Deposit Raffle with a prize pool of $100,000 per week. To participate in the raffle, players will need to make a deposit of $100 or more during the week.
The weekly prize pool will be distributed among 86 players as follows:
