Going Through Phases

To help meet the guarantee and to accommodate everyone who would like to play this tournament, PokerStars has made it a phased tournament. Players can enter as many of the Phase tournaments as they like, and their biggest stack will be moved to Day 2, providing they make the cut. Players can win bounties in the first phase, and players who narrowly miss out will be awarded a cash prize. There are five phases per day, and they play down to 3% of the field after registration closes. Players have access to unlimited re-entries for each phase. Each phase costs $11, and bounties start at $2.50 per player. If you knock someone out, half of the bounty goes toward your total, and you win the full knockout amount.
Satellites Available
For those looking to get in at a discount, you can, with satellites available for $0.55! They start a couple of hours before each flight, with the $0.55 satellite commencing at 3.30 p.m. GMT ahead of the 5.30 p.m. GMT phase. The $0.55 satellites are great value, and have 10 seats up for grabs. To qualify for other phases, there are $1.10 satellites offering five seats guaranteed.
Previous Anniversary Winners

Last year’s 14th Anniversary saw a massive field of 37,180 entrants. Hungary’s “Diesel Ramirez” came out on top and walked away with $23,093, including bounties. The preceding two anniversary editions went to Brazil, with “kdrAS” besting 46,678 for $19,357. “Basigol” turned their $11 into $26,050 in 2023 when the Sunday Storm 12th Anniversary attracted a gigantic field of 72,658.
