Mystery Bounty Debut for PokerStars in the New Years Series 2023

A Series for the Ages!
The New Year Series kicked off on PokerStars December 24th and will finish on January 16th. A handful of tournaments have already been played, but there’s still a lot of action to look forward to. This isn’t the first time PokerStars have hosted the series and it’s a reoccurring slam dunk. Considering the Buy-Ins are ranging between $5,50 all the way up to $5 200, there’s certainly poker tournaments for all players, no matter your preferred Buy-In.
First Ever PokerStars Mystery Bounty Tournament!
There’s no question about it: Mystery Bounty tournaments has been one of the most popular poker tournament formats during 2023. Players enjoy feeling the excitement of not knowing how big their KO prize will be, and the format require an unique way of playing.
Prior to the New Year Series 2023, PokerStars had never hosted a Mystery Bounty online poker tournament before. Presumably, a lot of players were glad to see both the $11 Mystery Bounty and the $109 Mystery Bounty Sunday Million in the tournament lobby during the series.
Both of the Mystery Bounty tournaments will be played on January 7th. PokerStars really enables all players to enjoy the fun with a mere $11 Buy-In on one of the events. There’s a $250 000 GTD which indicated that this tournament will see a lot of players taking their shot.
Mystery Bounty tournaments on PokerStars really couldn’t debut any better than to be added to the Sunday Million. PokerStars' Sunday Million is probably the most famous reoccurring online poker tournament through all time and it’s been around for years. January 7th, the $109 Sunday Million will be played in the form of a Mystery Bounty and we can’t wait for the action to unfold!
Main Event
January 14th is when the series really culminate with the New Year Series Main Event! There are actually three different Main Events which has respective Buy-Ins of $109, $1 050 and $5 200. Players have the opportunity to qualify for the Main Events through satellites starting from as little as $0,55. There are also tickets to win through certain Spin & Go’s as well as the PokerStars trademark Power Path.
