Latest Pokerlistings Ranking Series event at Portomaso Casino Malta is a great success
It’s our pleasure at Pokerlistings to bring you the results of the latest instalment of our PokerListings Ranking Series. Given that we’re devoted to helping those in our global community navigate the world of real money online poker as well as offering up the latest news and developments about the game from around the world, it’s great to be able to report on one of our own events!
Our special series, hosted in the fantastic surroundings of the Portomaso Casino in Malta, consists of monthly tournaments that continue until April 2023 and which, collectively, make up a ranking series that offers additional incentive to get involved and put in a strong overall performance.
The proverbial carrot being dangled comes - in addition to the thousands up for grabs in prize money each month - in the form of a €550 ticket to the Main Event and a €250 Side Event ticket for The Festival Series at the same venue in May. These will be awarded to the eventual Rankings winner and runner-up. Note that to be eligible for these exclusive prizes players have to take part in at least two Pokerlistings Ranking Series events. If you’re an online poker tournament fan yet to dip your toe into live poker, then these tournaments are a perfect start.
As for the latest edition of the series, it proved to be another success! Perhaps this isn’t surprising, given the prospect of poker by the sea on this popular Mediterranean island combined with a guaranteed prize pool of €5,000 every month. In fact, thanks to a bumper field that saw a total of 94 entries, the total prize pool reached just short of €12,000...
