Kick Opens a New Chapter for GGPoker Streamer Mode

This time last year, GGPoker launched its Streamer Mode, their solution to a drop in poker content that was imagined as part rakeback deal, part technical solution, and part visibility boost. Now, almost a year later, the poker room is expanding on its original design with Kick, a growing broadcasting platform that would allow GGPoker players and their streams to reach a much wider audience.

We’re here to tell you how that’s going to work.

A Refresher on Streamer Mode

When it went live in 2025, GGPoker designed Steamer Mode around three basic pillars:

  • Cashback: Approved streamers can receive up to 100% cashback on poker games played while they’re live on stream.
  • Exclusive In-Game Perks: Broadcasters gain access to a streamer-only avatar border, while selected live streams may be featured in the main GGPoker lobby, directing viewers straight to the streamer’s channel.
  • Enhanced Security: Streamer Mode automatically conceals hole cards to reduce the risk of stream sniping. A dedicated Streamer Panel also allows broadcasters to manage all active tables from one central hub.

To get access, GGPoker required just two things from its users — at least three months of poker streaming on Twitch or YouTube and an average of 40+ concurrent viewers during your streams. If you meet this criteria, you write to [email protected] to get approved and started.

The Changes That Come With Kick

Over the past few years, Kick has quietly but decisively made a name for itself among streamers. Because of its player-first approach and flexible guidelines, it’s the ecosystem to beat in 2026. All this to say, it shouldn’t come as a shock that GGPoker wanted to integrate it into their system, alongside established platforms like Twitch and YouTube.
