Kayhan Mokri Took Part in Two $1,000,000+ Pots on CoinPoker
One of the most successful live tournament players of 2025, Kayhan Mokri, took part in two $1,000,000+ pots. We break them down, along with all the other nosebleed-stakes action on CoinPoker, which has become the only home for high-stakes cash-game players.

This pot was played on January 13, 2025, in a heads-up match against cardsforfun at $1,250/$2,500 blinds. Mokri opened preflop with K 6 and called a re-raise. On the flop, Mokri hit top pair and played a re-raise. On the turn, he improved to trips. On the turn, all the chips ended up in the middle of the table.
cardsforfun is one of the unknown opponents who appeared on CoinPoker in late December. He was giving action to anyone willing to play. For example, on the same day the million-dollar hand was played, cardsforfun lost another $234K to Linus “LlinusLlove” Loeliger.
Another seven-figure pot: Kayhan Mokri vs ATAKA (Trueteller?)
Information about this pot appeared just a couple of hours ago. The hand showed up in the new highlights on the BobbyJamesPoker channel (starting at 10:44).
The pot was $1,023,835. The hand was played at a heads-up table with $2,500/$5,000 blinds. The hand itself was “kind of default”: a coin flip, TT vs AQs. What surprised people was something else: why did they only run the board once?
By the way, under the nickname ATAKA, with a high degree of probability, is playing Trueteller — one of the strongest players both online and live. He started playing poker in 2010 at NL2. By 2013, he was already playing $2,000/$4,000 2-7 Triple Draw. Timofey “Truteller” Kuznetsov participates only in the most expensive games online and offline.
CoinPoker Has Become the Home of High-Stakes Players
And the Bobby James YouTube channel has turned into the 2+2 High Stakes Thread, just in video format.
The heads-up matches Mokri vs cardsforfun and Mokri vs ATAKA are just the tip of the iceberg of all the insanely expensive action that takes place on CoinPoker every day. Here are a couple more interesting battles.
In addition to the anonymous cardsforfun, another unknown player has appeared at the tables — Allinyouwin. He also played against Linus at $200/$400 and lost $173K.
GucciNIKE vs Giselle54 have been trying for several months in a row to determine who is best at the $500/$1,000 limits in 4-card and 5-card PLO. Highlights of their heads-up matches also regularly appear on YouTube.
