What Third-Party Software Is Allowed on CoinPoker?

Only two types of tools is permitted for usage on CoinPoker:

• Table Management Tools, meaning all programs that make it easier for players to customize the layout, including window arrangement and table focus, to improve the gaming experience. Their list includes, but is not limited to, Jurojin, CoinCaption and similar tools — but only in terms of their functionality for table management. The rest is not allowed.
• Hotkey Tools, meaning non-automated (manual) software that make it easier to press buttons without adding actions that other players cannot do or performing actions for the player. 

List of Tools Prohibited on CoinPoker

Since June 9th, the number of software programs for which players can now be punished has increased significantly.

The list now includes 5 categories:

• HUD & Tracking Software
• RTA
• Training Tools
• MDA
• Virtual Machines & Virtualized Environments

Let’s look at them in detail.

Heads-Up Displays & Trackers

From this category, CoinPoker now prohibits PokerTracker, Hold’em Manager, Hand2Note, DriveHUD and any custom analogs, tracking programs, as well as tools for analyzing opponents and displaying statistics.

This means that players can be penalized for using any third-party resource that performs real-time statistical analysis or displays VPIP/PFR stats, hand history overlays, player profiles with data about other players, or field trends.

CoinPoker makes much of this information available to players through built-in tools like PokerIntel.

The use of trackers and HUDs for other rooms when playing simultaneously is permitted if they are completely disabled within CoinPoker.

Real-Time Assistance

From this category, GTO Wizard, PioSolver, GTO+, MonkerSolver, DTO Poker and any other solvers or decision-making assistant are strictly prohibited not only for use but even for running simultaneously with the CoinPoker app.

The ban applies to any tools that provide assistance to a player and, as a result, an unfair advantage in decision-making. This includes running solvers, the use of equity calculators during hands, the use of pre- and post-flop recommendation tools, and any form of AI assistance.

Moreover, the room prohibits assistance without the use of software, including person-to-person coaching and tips from another person or group of people during the game.

Training Tools

In this category, PLO Mastermind, GTO Wizard Trainer, DTO Trainer, Upswing Poker Lab, BBZ Poker and similar training and studying services and tools are prohibited for simultaneous use with the running CoinPoker client if they provide access to game-related instructions, simulations, strategy guides and analysis.

Mass Data Analysis

In this category, the creation, use, or sharing of any MDA tools, databases, or reports is completely prohibited. The room perceives them as giving the acquirers an unfair advantage over their opponents.

All forms of MDA without exception are prohibited — data-mining, shared player pools, aggregated hand-history or statistical databases, custom population analysis reports or tendency reports, etc.

Virtual Machines & Virtualized Environments

In this category, CoinPoker prohibits all programs for indirect access to its client, including VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V  Parallels, Docker-based desktop environments, Cloud PCs, Remote desktop environments, Streamed operating systems, Sandbox software, Android emulators, and so on.

The room requires players to access its software only directly through standard physical operating systems.

Punishment for Using Prohibited Software

CoinPoker reserves the right to penalize players for using any of the prohibited software listed above.

Possible penalties include:

• Account freezing for investigation
• Applying restrictions to an account
• Account suspension
• Permanent closure of an account
• Confiscation of player’s funds to be distributed among the affected players

The severity of the violation and the specific punishment are determined by the room at its own discretion.

To avoid being penalized for an accident, be sure to check active programs on your device and close prohibited ones, including background processes, before launching CoinPoker.
